Privacy Policy

Infinity Track is a basketball academy monitoring application used by Infinity Sports Football Academy to manage player development, evaluations, and skill videos for academy operations.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as name, email address, role, and linked player records.
• Player profile data such as name, age, position, group, jersey number, and physical profile fields entered by academy staff.
• Evaluation data such as basketball skill scores, notes, historical progress, and coach observations.
• Video metadata and links for player skill clips and game footage.

How We Use Information

• Authenticate coaches and parents.
• Show role-based access to player progress information.
• Store and display player evaluations, progress history, and skill videos.
• Support academy communication with parents regarding player development.

Data Storage and Service Providers

Authentication and application data are stored using Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Video files or video delivery links may be stored or served through Cloudinary.

Children's Data

The app may include data related to minor athletes who are enrolled in academy programs. Parent accounts are restricted to linked player profiles, and coach access is limited to academy management functions. Academy staff are responsible for entering and maintaining player records lawfully.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with authorized academy personnel, linked parents, and service providers required to operate the app.

Data Retention

Data is retained while an account remains active or as needed for academy operational history, unless deletion is requested and approved according to academy policy and legal obligations.

Your Choices

• Parents can review linked player information available to their account.
• Users can change their password from the app where that feature is available.
• Account deletion requests can be submitted using the instructions on the account deletion page.
